Default Mes/War interupter vs. Rang/Mes interupter

Your thoughts please, on which is the most efficient at interupting.

I would say Mes/xx for staight interrupting. It is harder to time bow attacks than spells so the caster has the advantage. However, a R/Mes has more options such as echoing Debilitating shot and spamming that. While the Mes has great energy steals, it doensn't come close to the spamming of Debilitating Shot because of longer recharges on the Mes skills.
